Payments follow the milestones described in the quotation and our Payment Terms page.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client after full payment. Third-party themes, plugins and assets remain subject to their own licences.
5. Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise, Veltriex may showcase completed work in its portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
Veltriex is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party hosting, platforms, plugins or payment gateways.
